A variety of candidate recruitment sources
We use a variety of rich sources when recruiting candidates, spanning from advertising to direct inquiries. The most appropriate recruitment approach is chosen according to the expected number of candidates required for a suitable selection. Besides interviews, our recruitment and selection process always includes a psychometric evaluation.

Competo’s consultants specialise in various fields such as banking, finance, marketing, engineering, IT, etc. Our deep understanding of the nature of the workplace, industry, and current changes in the employment market allows us to interact competently both with our clients and our candidates.
The selection process
In addition to the interviews, our selection process always includes a psychometric assessment. This evaluation focuses on gaining an insight into a candidate’s core competencies, but also tapping into their 3Q:
- emotional quotient (EQ),
- intelligence quotient (IQ), and
- optimism quotient (OQ).
Individual results are always compared according to the following two notions:
- a candidate’s assessment and interview results compared to the client’s expectations,
- a candidate’s ability to do the job as part of its unique team.
Candidate profile presentation
Candidates are also presented to our clients in writing. The presentation includes the candidate’s resume, interview highlights, and a psychometric report.
During the last stages of the selection process, we help coordinate interview dates and can front the entire procedure and discussions with candidates, who are regularly updated throughout the process.
